To be seen or not to be seen? To dazzle or to disguise with bright colour or camouflage? An eye catching highly reflective back pack was de rigeur for one of the hedgerow inspectors working for KCC near the Jackson Roundabout on the new ‘Swale Way’ west of the Milton Creek crossing in Sittingbourne. I am considering some practical options of my own.
